How much is postage?

Postage is a flat rate of $15 within Australia and $35 to overseas orders.

Shipping isn't available in my country, can I still order?

Yes. Contact us with the name of your county and we will add it to our shipping list. All overseas orders are a flat rate of $35.

I am only ordering a small item, why am I'm being charged a flat rate?

The cost of postage has signigicantly risen over the past several years and as a result shipping is calculated based on the average sized order.

I've purchased an orginal painting. Will I still pay the flat rate postage?

Yes, all orders pay the flat shipping rate, even large canvases.

I live in the Mandurah area, can I pick up my order from your studio?

Yes. If you live in the Mandurah area and want to save on shipping you can pick up your order in person. For this option please don't use the checkout to place your order. Instead, email me the items you wish to purchase and I will place the items aside for your. Once we have arranged a time for you to pick up your order, you will be able to pay for your purchase in person using either cash or card.

When will my order arrive?

Please allow 14 business days for orders within Australia and 21 business days for overseas orders.

Will I have to pay duty / import tax on my order?

All overseas orders may be subject to import tax and duties that are due when your package arrives in your country. It is the purchasers responsibility to pay these charges and they may need to be paid prior to your order clearing customs.

 

How do you send my order?

All small parcels and paintings will be shipped using Australia post. Large paintings will be sent via courier.

Do you offer Express Shipping?

Express shipping is available on request and may incurr additional charges. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

 

Can I track my order?

Unfortunately Australia post does not allow you to track your orders at this time. Large paintings sent via courier will be able to be tracked and the tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.

Can I have my order sent to my work address?

Yes, and this option is recommended if nobody is available at the delivery address. Some couriers may leave parcels unattended and we cannot be responsible for what happens to orders once they are delivered.
